Sue Heavey is a Holistic Therapist with over six year's experience. She is qualified in Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Reiki. She also has a unique therapy to offer her clients - RhythmMobility®, which was developed by the widely recognised and respected Darien Pritchard and involves rocking the body to gently loosen and stretch any tight muscles increasing the range of movement and flexibility of joints. This combines well with other therapies and Sue ensures clients have a treatment tailored just for them.
Sue began with an interest in massage which grew as she trained in energy work such as Reiki which helps people live a healthier, more relaxed lifestyle. This is especially true of her work in care homes, where an improved quality of life is so important.
She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and works from The Gainsborough House Hotel in Kidderminster. Sue can also be found at Areley Kings Village Hall every Monday evening where she holds relaxation and meditation sessions and the Holistic Health Fair in Wolverley twice a year, where clients will benefit form a taster of the therapies she offers.
Having recently given up a career with a local computer company to work in the holistic field full time, she continues to add to her skills with ongoing training, currently studying for her undergraduate degree with the Acadamy of Effective Reflexology. She also takes part in the "Chill Out Zone" at Holistic Health at the N.E.C. every year helping to raise money for charity.
